Is the airfare included in the conference package price?
A:
No, you must make your own air travel arrangements and fill in
the information on your conference registration form.

What is included in the conference package price?
A:
Accommodations, Conference registration, ground transfers, meals
all taxes and gratuities.
Q:
Will we be provided beforehand with background information on
the host country including potential areas for business
opportunities?
A:
The Conference package will include general background
information on the host country. We will also indicate sources
where you could seek additional business information.
Q:
What if I want to stay at the resort a few days before or a few
days after the conference?
A:
No problem. We offer several packages on our registration page.
Q:
What if I would like a suite or ocean view?
A:
No problem. You can register for a suite on the registration
page and ask for an ocean view in the special request section of
the form.

I’d like to attend the conference, but I don’t need
accommodations?
A:

The workshops normally cover issues of import to the Caribbean,
African-American and other ethnic communities. Panelists provide
expert viewpoints on current thinking on these issues and each
attendee is able to interface with other professionals as well
as establish contacts in the host country.
